More informationVisitors to Elsecar are in for a treat when Elsecar by the Sea, the village’s annual family event, arrives on Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 September. The fun filled family weekend brings with it a taste of the seaside. There will be lots to see and do including a community gala in the award winning Elsecar park, beer festival in Milton Hall, craft fair in The Ironworks and steam trains plus much more.

Barnsley Museum Heritage Trust supports the work of Barnsley Museums and has an active role in fundraising for the five sites which include; Cannon Hall, Worsbrough Mill, Elsecar Heritage, Experience Barnsley and the Cooper Gallery.
